SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding National holidays.

Free Domestic Shipping on orders $50+: We offer free USPS ground shipping on all U.S. orders $50+. Orders are processed before 3pm every weekday that is not a holiday, if placed after 3pm, it will ship on the next business day. So orders placed on a weekday will leave same day, weekend or orders placed on a holiday will ship on the next business day. USPS ground shipments are usually delivered in 3-5 business days. That said, we cannot guarantee these transit times. While we offer USPS shipping, we are independent of them and cannot control their delivery schedule, routine or operations.

Orders less than $50, we offer a flat rate of $5 for USPS ground shipping.

2 Business Day Shipping: We also offer 2 business day shipping for a flat rate of $25.  These orders will NOT be delivered on weekends, they will only be delivered on weekdays. We prioritize these orders and work hard to get pick, pack and ship them as soon as possible.  These orders leave at 3pm EST every weekday.  So if an order is placed before 3pm EST on any business day, it will be shipped the same day, otherwise it will ship the next business day.  Once shipped, allow 2 business days for it to arrive. 

Next Business Day Delivery in NY, NJ & CT. We also offer next day business delivery to recipients in New York, New Jersey & Connecticut.  We prioritize these orders and work hard to pick, pack and ship them as soon as possible.  These orders leave at 3pm EST every weekday.  So if an order is placed before 3pm EST on any weekday. it will be shipped the same day, otherwise it will ship the next business day.  Once shipped, it will arrive on the next business day. 

International Shipping: We ship internationally to most countries.  We offer real time rates for international orders.  All rates are calculated at checkout where we also collect and pre-pay all applicable foreign duties or taxes.  Thus gift & package recipients will not be responsible for any international duties, fees or taxes.  However, please enter the correct shipping address.  Any undelivered items will be abandoned and Estella will not take responsibility for the package, nor will it be liable for the goods.  Kindly provide accurate USPS shipping addresses.

Lost, Stolen or Incorrectly addressed packages: Estella is a small business and will do whatever is possible to offer exceptional, personalized customer service.  That said, we are not the USPS and cannot be responsible for orders with incorrect addresses or orders that are marked as ‘delivered’ by the carrier but are lost or stolen.  We simply cannot afford to provide refunds or replacements for incorrectly addressed, lost or stolen goods.  To avoid this, we recommend you choose 2 day or next day shipping, these shipments are traceable with the carriers.  USPS ground packages, while less expensive, are uninsured and less reliable.

RETURN POLICY

Fully Refundable: At Estella, we hand pick all our products and want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order and want to return it for any reason, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all regularly-priced items. Please note that you may return or exchange your purchase only so long as the items are in new, salable condition (have not been worn, altered, or washed) and all the original tags are still attached. We do not accept returns that have not met these conditions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To make a return or exchange, please include a copy of your original invoice with instructions for the return or exchange.

As soon as we receive your return, we will credit the original credit card account with in 1-3 business days. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed. 

Reduced-price items are final sale. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Please note: Estella is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. Estella maintains the right to refuse credit of any return or exchange that does not comply with our return policy. Please review the policy or contact customer service with any questions prior to shipping a return or exchange. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
