Have Wand, Will Travel

My friend’s son is the perfect little wizard. I mean, he has the works—little round wire-rimmed glasses, a cape, even a wand (sound like someone we all know?). I can just see him now. Whirling through the house, a blur of cape and imagination, attempting to change the cat into a dog. I’m sure when the doors are closed for naptime, he jumps out of bed, dons a star funnel hat, and tries to turn his bookcase into a portal to another world (probably somewhere that doesn’t require naptimes).

So entrenched in the world of wizards is he that no one is safe from his wonder-working powers. In fact, my little girl came home from a play date at his house and added to her favorites dance moves something called “The Sorcerer.” Wave your arms out in front of you and shout “kazaam!” Congratulations. You just did “The Sorcerer.” I guess that’s one way to get a boy to dance with you—name a dance after him.

For our wizard-in-training friend, Estella has this great kid’s T-shirt from Munster Kids. It’s out-of-this-world soft in 100% cotton, and its roomy fit is great for moving effortlessly while casting spells. Add a bike into the picture and you have the perfect outfit for every wizard-on-the-go.

To add to the enchanting feel of this kid’s tee, it’s part of Munster’s t4t series. That means that Munster donates one garment to kids in Vietnamese orphanages for every one of its garments sold in the U.S. and abroad. Now that’s some magic.
