Currently we only ship to the US and Canada. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding National holidays. Orders must be placed by 3pm EST in order to ship out the same day. Domestic Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders $60 and up. For orders under $60, we offer flat-rate shipping for $5. Orders are usually delivered in 3-5 business days.
Domestic Expedited Shipping: We also offer 2nd Day and Next Day Shipping through UPS. We extend to you UPS real-time shipping rates. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.
Local New York City Messenger Delivery: We can also messenger your shipments to anywhere below 100th Street in Manhattan for a flat fee of $20. Orders must be placed by 3pm EST for same day service. Orders placed after 3pm EST and on weekends or National holidays will be sent out the next business day.
Shipping to Canada: For our Canadian customers, we offer a flat-rate shipping option for a $10. Please note that shipping to Canada can take up to 2-3 weeks to deliver.
Fully Refundable: At Estella, we hand pick all our products and want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order and want to return it for any reason, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all regularly-priced items. Please note that you may return or exchange your purchase only so long as the items are in new, saleable condition (have not been worn, altered, or washed) and all the original tags are still attached. We do not accept returns that have not met these conditions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
