To guarantee you receive your order by December 24th, please note the following important dates:
Free Standard Shipping: All orders must be placed by December 17th at 11:59pm EST.
2nd Day Shipping: $10 flat rate. All orders must be placed by December 19th at 11:59pm EST.
Overnight Shipping: All orders must be placed by December 23rd at noon EST.
Domestic Standard Shipping: We are excited to offer free shipping on all U.S. orders $100 and up! For orders under $100, we offer flat-rate for $5.
Domestic Expedited Shipping: We also offer 2nd day air and Next day Shipping through UPS, we extend you UPS Real-time Shipping Rates. Local New York City Messenger delivery: We can also messenger your shipments to anywhere below 100th Street in Manhattan for a flat fee of $20.
International Orders (Outside the USA): Estella offers Free Express International shipping on orders over $200. For orders below $200, our rates are $15 for most countries. For an exact quote to your country, simply add items to your shopping cart and on the checkout page, enter your address and you will receive a quote. To provide you with the most cost effective and timely shipments our International packages are shipped with different carriers, but usually arrive to the final destination via the local postal authorities. For all our packages:
· Tracking is available and provided with your shipping confirmation.
· Delivery takes 4 – 12 business days.
· Less than 5% pay customs, duty, or taxes because they are treated as mail. That said, the customer is responsible for any applicable local taxes and duties, not Estella.
· If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it for a full credit within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date. Fully Refundable: At Estella, we hand pick all our products and want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order and want to return it for any reason, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Please note that you may return or exchange your purchase only so long as the items are in new, saleable condition (have not been worn, altered, or washed) and all the original tags are still attached. We do not accept returns that have not met these conditions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
