Return policy

At Estella, we hand pick all our products and want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. So if you are unhappy with your order and want to return or exchange it, you can do so and we must receive it within 14 days of the date that you originally purchased it, the date on the receipt.

Returnable Items. Full priced items may be returned if they are in new, saleable condition i.e. HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED and have all the original tags attached. We will not accept returns that have not met these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items. All sale items, bathing suits, undergarments, jewelry, footwear and other accessories are FINAL SALES. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. We strongly encourage you to contact a customer service representative with questions pertaining to a final sale item before purchasing. Please note that all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Shipping A Return Or Exchange To make a return or exchange, please send the item you wish to return in a securely sealed package. Returns or exchanges should be sent pre-paid and insured. Please include a copy of your original invoice with a reason and instructions for the return/exchange.

Please note: Estella is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. Also, we maintain the right to refuse credit of any return or exchange that does not comply with our return policy. Please review the policy or contact customer service with any questions prior to shipping a return or exchange.

Refunds Once Estella has received your return, we will credit the original credit card account within 5-7 business days.
