Domestic Shipping Purchases that are over $100 and are to be shipped to an address within the continental US shall ship for free using ground service. Orders that are under $100 can be shipped using ground service to an address within the continental US for $8. Orders placed by 2pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship within the same day, if the items are in-stock. (If the items are out of stock, we will inform you when they are ready to ship.) Orders placed after 2pm weekdays, weekends and on holidays will ship next business day, unless the items are out of stock.

For domestic orders, we offer - UPS ground shipping, 5-9 business days; UPS Two Day, 2-3 business days; UPS Next Day Air, 1-2 business days; USPS Priority Service, 2-3 business days; Messenger Service in NY City only, Same day; In Store Pick Up, at your convenience.

How are the Shipping Costs determined?
Shipping costs are based on your total order amount before sales tax and promotional discounts are applied. Return Policy We stand behind all of our products, and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we require that the item be returned within 14 days of original receipt.

Returns must be in saleable condition (HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED), with all original tags attached. All sale items, bathing suits, undergarments, jewelry, shoes and other accessories are FINAL SALES and therefore, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. We strongly encourage you to contact a customer service representative with questions pertaining to a final sale item before purchasing. Please note that all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Shipping A Return Or Exchange To make a return or exchange, please send the item you wish to return in a securely sealed package. Returns or exchanges should be sent pre-paid and insured. Please include a copy of your original invoice with a reason and instructions for the return/exchange.

Processing Orders We make every effort to process and ship your order in a prompt and timely manner. Orders received Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within two business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed within the on the next two business day.

Out Of Stock Items We make every effort to maintain a current inventory of items online. Occasionally, however, items listed may be out of stock. If an item you requested is out of stock, we will notify you via email and promptly update your order.

Sales Tax Estella is located in New York state; therefore, all orders placed within New York will be charged sales tax. All orders placed outside of New York will not be charged sales tax.
