Orders placed by 2pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship within the same day, if the items are in-stock. (If the items are out of stock, we will inform you when they are ready to ship.) Orders placed after 2pm weekdays, weekends and on holidays will ship next business day, unless the items are out of stock.
For domestic orders, we offer - UPS ground shipping, 5-9 business days; UPS Two Day, 2-3 business days; UPS Next Day Air, 1-2 business days; Messenger Service in NY City only, Same day; In Store Pick Up, at your convenience.
Alaska and Hawaii: Please add 2-4 days for shipment.
How are the Shipping Costs determined?
Shipping costs are based on your total order amount before sales tax and promotional discounts are applied. To determine the shipping cost for your order, please refer to the chart below (charges are per shipping address). Some furniture and larger items have a delivery surcharge to cover additional shipping cost.

If a receipient refuses merchandise for this or any other reason and the goods are returned to Estella, Estella may be levied additional shipping, customs, brokerage and other fees. Return Policy
We stand behind all of our products, and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we require that the item be returned within 14 days of original receipt.
Returns must be in saleable condition (HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED), with all original tags attached. All sale items, bathing suits, undergarments, jewelry, shoes and other accessories are FINAL SALES and therefore, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. We strongly encourage you to contact a customer service representative with questions pertaining to a final sale item before purchasing. Please
note that all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Shipping A Return Or Exchange
To make a return or exchange, please send the item you wish to return in a securely sealed package. Returns or exchanges should be sent pre-paid and insured. Please include a copy of your original invoice with a reason and instructions for the return/exchange.

Please note: Estella is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. Also, we maintain the right to refuse credit of any return or exchange that does not comply with our return policy. Refunds
Once Estella has received your return, we will credit the original credit card account within 5-7 business days.

Processing Orders
We make every effort to process and ship your order in a prompt and timely manner. Orders received Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within two business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed within the on the next two business day.
Modifying Orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. However, you can return or exchange any portion of your purchase. Please review our return policy for further guidance.
Out Of Stock Items
We make every effort to maintain a current inventory of items online. Occasionally, however, items listed may be out of stock. If an item you requested is out of stock, we will notify you via email and
promptly update your order.
Sales Tax
Estella is located in New York state; therefore, all orders placed within New York will be charged sales tax. All orders placed outside of New York will not be charged sales tax.
